Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 13, 2026
Corevalo ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit corevalo.com, why we collect it, and how you can control it. It covers this website only — it doesn't cover work we deliver to clients on a separate domain or platform.
Information we collect
We collect information in three ways:
- Information you provide directly. If you submit our contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you choose to add it), the service you're interested in, and your message. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we receive your email address. If you use a "Book a Call" or "Chat on WhatsApp" link, you leave corevalo.com and start a conversation directly inside WhatsApp — we only see what you choose to send us there.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and content-delivery provider automatically logs standard technical data for every visit — things like IP address, browser type, referring page, and pages viewed — for security and performance purposes. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics and Google Analytics 4 to see, in aggregate, which pages are viewed, how long visitors stay, and roughly where they come from; Cloudflare states that its service doesn't collect or use visitors' personal data. We don't run Meta Pixel or any advertising or cross-site retargeting script on this site.
- Information stored in your browser. We save one small preference — whether you're using light or dark mode — in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device, and we never see it.
- Messages you send to our chat assistant. If you use the AI chat assistant on the Site, the messages you type are sent to our chat service (run on Cloudflare Workers AI) to generate a reply. Your conversation is also saved in your browser’s local storage so it’s still there when you come back; the “Start a new conversation” button in the chat window clears it. Please don’t share sensitive personal information in the chat.
How we use your information
We use the information above only to:
- Reply to your inquiry and discuss the project you asked about;
- Deliver the services you've engaged us for, if we start working together;
- Understand, in aggregate, how the Site is used so we can improve it;
- Keep the Site secure and working properly; and
- Remember your light/dark theme preference on your next visit.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising. We only share it with the third parties listed below, and only as needed to run this website and respond to you.
Cookies & local storage
corevalo.com does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Google Analytics 4 sets its own cookies so it can tell repeat visitors from new ones and measure how the Site is used in aggregate; it does not use these cookies to serve ads or track you across other websites. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings, or opt out specifically using Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Separately, we save one small preference of our own — whether you're using light or dark mode — in your browser's localStorage. That's not a cookie, it never leaves your device, and we never see it.
Third-party services we use
A few outside services help us run this site and respond to you. Each processes data under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review:
- FormSubmit — relays contact-form and newsletter-form submissions to our inbox by email. See FormSubmit's privacy policy.
- WhatsApp (Meta) — powers our "Book a Call" and "Chat on WhatsApp" links. Any conversation you start there is covered by WhatsApp's privacy policy.
- Our hosting/CDN provider — serves this site and keeps standard security logs.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics — privacy-focused, aggregate analytics that show us page views and site performance. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Cloudflare Workers AI — generates the replies in our on-site chat assistant from the messages you type into it. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
- Google Analytics 4 — helps us understand how visitors use this site: pages viewed, time on page, general location, and device type. See Google's privacy policy.
- Social platforms — the links in our footer take you to X, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, each governed by its own privacy policy once you land there.
Data retention
We keep contact-form inquiries, newsletter sign-ups, and any resulting email correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, if we're engaged for a project, for the life of that engagement plus a reasonable period afterward for our own records. You can ask us to delete this information at any time — see "Your rights" below.
Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, including relying on reputable, encrypted third-party services rather than storing form submissions in a database of our own. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
You can ask us, at any time, to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@corevalo.com. We'll respond as quickly as we can. Depending on where you're located, you may have additional rights under local law — get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for business visitors and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our tools or services change. We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever we do, and note anything material here.
